The respondents' familiarity with and use of the City of Tampere website was surveyed. Views were probed on what kind of information, entertainment, services, participation opportunities etc. they would like to access through the city's web pages. The respondents were also asked whether they were familiar with the eTampere programme, and whether they felt they needed training in information networks or computer skills.
